This full-time dual function (DF) warning light is cost effective for use on road and construction projects and other innovative applications such as oil derricks, detour alerts, airports, clear line delineations, and railroads. This is the industry choice in road barricade lights for performance and dependability. Tested and proven in the field, year after year. This unit’s light is bright, easily visible during the night, and available in Red and Amber. Type A Warning Lights have low-Intensity and flashing lights, and are typically lit on both sides. Used for warning of hazards at night. They should not be used for guiding traffic since the off/on flashing could be confusing. They are not as visible during the day and may even be off during daylight hours. Type C Warning Lights have a steady burn, and can be used at night to delineate the edge of a roadway and to help guide drivers since they have a constant light. When used to delineate a curve, Type C lights must be used on the outside of the curve, and not on the inside of the curve. Lights can mount to most traffic safety products including barricades, barriers, traffic cones, traffic drums, and vertical panels. Using the bolt and fastener, thread through a hole in the base of the unit and through a hole in the object which you wish to mount it through, and then gets fastened on the other side.
