Rubber speed humps are used to slow down traffic in a gentler manner than speed bumps. Designed to reduce noise and discomfort for the driver, when compared to rubber speed bumps, and asphalt or concrete speed humps. Recycled rubber construction in our Standard hump wont chip, crack or crumble. Protects pedestrians, reduces vehicle speeds, and slows traffic in parking lots, business entrances, residential roadways, and private lanes. Sold in modular sections, so you can configure to fit any space.
Use both adhesive and hardware for installation of speed humps. Hardware sold separately. See installation instructions below.
Use 10 ounces of construction grade adhesive per middle piece (adhesive not included; available locally). 2-Tube epoxy (such as Simpson ET-22) dries hard, while urethane (such as PL premium polyurethane) remains flexible. Use whichever product is appropriate for your application.
The Plasticade family of plastic products have a 30-day limited warranty and rubber products have a 1-year limited warranty. For products with both plastic and rubber components, each component is warrantied separately based on material. Warranty covers manufacturer defects only. Damage caused by improper installation, use, or care is the responsibility of the user. This warranty does not include replacement for normal wear and tear. This warranty does not extend to any non-plastic or rubber components that may be part of the products. If a product fails during normal use within the warranty period due to a manufacturer defect, the manufacturer will replace at no charge.
