This 39" handicap stencils is made from durable 1/16" (60-mil) thick LLDPE plastic, the strongest plastic available. This material can be cleaned and reused many times. Dried paint peels off easily and the stencil is like new again. The measurement references the actual handicap symbol, the sheet size will be larger. The stroke measurement refers to the width of the area being painted. All materials are in stock and can generally ship the same or next day via UPS.
