Slimline Traffic Cones are rugged and durable like the standard traffic cones, however the slimline has a wide base and narrow cone. PVC injection molding process ensures they will be flexible to withstand vehicle impact and still be able to maintain their shape. One-piece design keeps the bases from being lost or removed accidentally. Bases are made of flexible rubber to help them grip the road and remain stable in higher winds. Cones are stackable for storage and are great for directing traffic, marking construction sites, and managing parking lot traffic. Retroreflective collars provide high visibility.
Stenciling is available. Stenciling a cone can be used to identify your company, municipality, agency, or a particular location. Minimum of 50 traffic cones required. Call for quote and lead time.

Traffic cones (also called road cones, pylons or pylon cones, safety cones or construction cones) are used to provide advance warning of safety hazards and redirect traffic. When purchasing traffic cones or other channelizers it is important to be informed of safety standards in your areas so that you are meeting the appropriate guidelines. We outline some basic guidelines below and a link to the MUTCD online manual.

| 12" Traffic Cones | Used for indoor and outdoor applications. Indoors you may see these cones used in areas like work areas in a building or slippery floors. Outdoors these cones are most often used in parking lots. |
| 18" Traffic Cones | 18 inches is the minimum height required for street usage. These cones are typically used outdoors in street work areas, like line painting or other areas needing delineation. |
| 28" Traffic Cones - 7 lbs. | These cones are more appropriate for non-highway applications that may include street construction areas. Traffic cones of this size and weight are sometimes called 'metro cones'. |
| 28" Traffic Cones - 10 lbs. | 28 inches is the minimum height required for freeway and highway applications and the 10 lb base makes them more stable. Highway cones must include reflective striping. |

The Plasticade family of plastic products have a 30-day limited warranty and rubber products have a 1-year limited warranty. For products with both plastic and rubber components, each component is warrantied separately based on material. Warranty covers manufacturer defects only. Damage caused by improper installation, use, or care is the responsibility of the user. This warranty does not include replacement for normal wear and tear. This warranty does not extend to any non-plastic or rubber components that may be part of the products. If a product fails during normal use within the warranty period due to a manufacturer defect, the manufacturer will replace at no charge.
